Single wall fiberglass and polyester supported by 8 mm marine plywood.

Building Technique
Marine plywood used on the structural parts of the boat are fiber and polyester certified. The highest quality was used with all workmanship and materials although it is not required according to CE rules.

Finishing
Marine type light paste and marine dye were used on the external surface. Also, poisonous paint was used on the underwater parts of the boat.

Heat Insulation
Engine room is internally coated by rock wool resistant to very high temperatures. The walls of all living areas and saloon are internally coated by polyurethane insulation foam against hot and cold.

Sound Insulation
The engine room is internally coated by lead sponge. Certain equipment that causes noise such as generator (optional), air pressure tank, rectifier etc. are all placed in the engine room. The generator (optional) is also included in a special sound-inhibiting box. The main engines are installed on the flexible, vibration-absorbing wedges.

Interior Decoration/Furniture
The external surfaces of all furniture components are made of fiberglass with gloss surface. The interior surfaces are made of varnished water plywood, and the parts such as covers and drawers etc. are coated by tree and made of varnished water plywood together with their frames. Small components such as straps used in the furniture are made of polished solid or laminated tree. All solid tree parts are oven-dried, high-quality and imported materials. The thickness of tree coatings is minimum 1 mm. The type of coating and nature of varnish (glossy, silky matt) will be selected according to the demands of clients. Ceilings are coated by vinileks. Sofas are upholstered. All materials and equipment used in the interior spaces are selected from the best brands in the market. Door handles, hinges and knobs will be high-quality and metal finishing (bronze, brass or chrome etc….).
